During production, cup‑making machines typically generate mesh‑like sprue material at the finishing stage, prior to packaging. Traditionally, this material is collected by a winding device, manually transported, and then sent to a centralized shredding unit. However, this conventional approach inevitably leads to significant contamination during collection and handling. In response to these challenges and in line with market demand, our company has developed an on‑line sprue‑material pulverization and recycling system for cup‑making machines. This compact unit integrates instant crushing, conveying, and material storage into a single, fully enclosed operation, effectively eliminating pollution, reducing labor costs, and meeting environmental standards. At the same time, it streamlines the production process, improves working conditions, and—most importantly—revolutionizes traditional manufacturing practices.
