300-sheet edge‑trim online crusher, one unit for two uses

The LX-300 series sheet and edge‑trim recovery machine is designed for use on sheet‑extrusion lines, where both finished products and two or more edges of trim are generated during operation. The edge trim remains clean and dry as it is produced, and is immediately compacted by a puller before being fed into the shredding chamber, where it is cut into flake‑like pellets. These shredded materials are then conveyed by a blower directly to the extruder’s feed port, where they are combined with new material via a small screw feeder and pushed through the main screw to form the final product. This closed‑loop recycling process enables 100% recovery of edge trim. Throughout the process, the edge trim is protected from oxidation and moisture absorption—thanks to steam injection—thus preventing any degradation of the extruded product’s physical strength, color, or gloss. As a result, product quality is enhanced. The automated recovery of edge trim also delivers additional benefits, including cost and material savings, improved production‑process management, increased competitiveness, and environmental improvements. Most significantly, it boosts traditional productivity levels.

Description

The 300‑series sheet and edge‑trim recovery machine is designed for use on sheet‑extrusion lines, where both finished products and two or more edges of trim are generated during operation. The edge trim remains clean and dry as it is produced, is immediately compacted by a puller, and then fed into the shredding chamber, where it is cut into flake‑shaped pellets. These shredded materials are then conveyed by a blower directly to the extruder’s feed port, where a small screw feeder, working in tandem with the main screw, compacts and forms new and recycled material into final shapes, enabling closed‑loop recycling and achieving 100% recovery of edge trim. Throughout this process, the edge trim does not become contaminated through oxidation or moisture absorption (even when steam is introduced), nor does it compromise the physical strength, stress characteristics, or color and gloss of the extruded product. As a result, product quality is enhanced. The automated recovery of edge trim also delivers additional benefits, including cost and material savings, improved production‑process management, increased competitiveness, and environmental improvements—most notably, a significant boost to traditional productivity.
