The LX‑850 series pulverizing and recycling machine is designed for use with packaging equipment—such as cup‑making and thermoforming machines—to process eco‑friendly drinking cups, bowls, and other products. During production, cup‑making machines typically generate mesh‑like sprue material at the finishing stage, prior to packaging. Traditionally, this material is collected by a winding device, manually transported, and then sent to a centralized shredding unit. However, this conventional approach inevitably leads to significant contamination during collection and transportation. In response to these challenges and in line with market demand, our company has developed an on‑line sprue‑material pulverization and recycling system for cup‑making machines. This compact unit integrates instant crushing, conveying, and material storage into a single, fully enclosed operation, effectively eliminating pollution, reducing labor costs, and meeting environmental standards. At the same time, it streamlines the production process, enhances the working environment, and fundamentally transforms traditional manufacturing practices.
