1. Use of equipment
(1) Fixed person, fixed machine and voucher operation
Operators of major production equipment must operate with certificates, and equipment shall not be used without operation certificates.
① Before the operator uses the equipment independently, the factory shall conduct the equipment structure, performance, technical specifications, maintenance knowledge, safe operation procedures and practical skills training examination, and issue the operation certificate after passing the examination of the equipment and tools department, education department and labor and capital department.
② After training, operators of key equipment, imported equipment, fine, large, thin and key equipment must pass the examination conducted by the Equipment and Tools Department in conjunction with relevant departments before issuing an operation certificate.
③ For those who have the ability to operate multi-faceted equipment, they are allowed to operate 2~3 sets of equipment of the same type of work after passing the examination. Equipment operated by multiple persons must be subject to the system of the captain responsibility.
④ Temporary operation and use of equipment personnel, after training with the consent of the leader and mechanic, can temporarily use the equipment.
⑤ For the personnel who are transferred from the factory or no longer use the original equipment due to the change of work type, the operation certificate must be withdrawn and submitted to the equipment and tools department for cancellation.
(2) A number of disciplines for the operator to use and manage the equipment are stipulated.
In the machinery industry system enterprises, the "five disciplines" for operators to use and manage equipment well are:
① Use the equipment with the operation certificate and comply with the safety operation regulations;
② Always keep the equipment clean and tidy and refuel as required;
③ comply with the system of shift change;
④ Manage tools and accessories without loss;
⑤ If any fault is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. If you cannot handle it yourself, notify the maintenance department.
(3) Establish and improve the post responsibility system of operators
According to the requirements of the post responsibility system, a special person-specific mechanism shall be established for the equipment operated by individuals and the first shift; For the equipment operated by three shifts and several people, the captain responsibility system shall be established. In the unit, further divide the operation posts and responsibilities, so that the equipment of the station is managed by special personnel and everyone has special responsibility.

(5) to carry out "red flag equipment", "trustworthy equipment" competition activities
The essence of the equipment competition is the competition of people, mainly for the mental outlook and labor attitude of employees, operation and maintenance technology, and cooperation with each other. Through the competition, the "red flag equipment" was selected, and on this basis, the "trustworthy equipment" was further selected ". For the operators and maintenance personnel of "red flag equipment" and "trustworthy equipment", appropriate spiritual and material rewards should be given to consolidate the sustainable development of competition activities.
The standard of "red flag equipment" is generally as follows:
① Good completion of tasks, good attendance, good equipment performance and complete parts;
② The use of the equipment meets the specified requirements;
③ Clean, lubricate, fasten, adjust and prevent corrosion of equipment;
④ Equipment use records are complete and accurate.
The standard of "trustworthy equipment" is higher than that of "red flag equipment.
(6) Team equipment personnel
This is the equipment staff elected by the staff group in the grass-roots production team to assist the team leader and workshop equipment staff to manage all the equipment in the team. In a larger team, several people can be elected to form an equipment management team.
