(1) Fixed person, fixed machine, voucher operation
All operators of main production equipment must operate with certificate, and they are not allowed to use the equipment without certificate.
① Before the operators independently use the equipment, the factory shall conduct training and examination on the equipment structure, performance, technical specifications, maintenance knowledge, safe operation procedures and practical skills, and issue the operation certificate after passing the examination of the equipment and Tools Department, education department and labor and capital department.
② After training, operators of key equipment, imported equipment, refined, large, rare and key equipment shall pass the examination conducted by the equipment and Tools Department together with relevant departments, and then issue operation certificates.
③ For those who have the ability to operate multi-faceted equipment, they are allowed to operate 2-3 sets of equipment of the same type after passing the examination. For equipment operated by more than one person, the captain responsibility system must be implemented.
④ The personnel who operate and use the equipment temporarily can only use the equipment temporarily with the consent of the leader and the mechanic after training.
⑤ For those who are transferred out of the factory or are no longer using the original equipment due to the change of type of work, they must take back the operation certificate and submit it to the equipment and Tools Department for cancellation.
(2) A number of disciplines for operators to make good use of and manage the equipment are stipulated
In machinery industry system enterprises, the "Five Disciplines" for operators to use and manage equipment well are as follows:
① Use the equipment with the operation certificate and abide by the safety operation regulations;
② Keep the equipment clean and tidy and refuel according to regulations;
③ Follow the shift system;
④ Take good care of tools and accessories, and do not lose them;
⑤ If the fault is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. If you can't handle it, inform the maintenance department.
(3) Establish and improve the post responsibility system of operators
According to the requirements of the post responsibility system, a special personnel mechanism shall be established for the equipment operated by individuals and operated by one shift; For the equipment operated by three shifts and several people, the captain responsibility system shall be established. In the unit, further division of operating posts and responsibilities, so that each equipment has a special person to manage, everyone has a special responsibility.
(4) Establish and improve the package mechanism
According to the different process characteristics and production conditions of the equipment, appropriate methods can be adopted.
(5) Carry out competition activities of "red flag equipment" and "trustworthy equipment"
The essence of equipment competition is people's competition, mainly aiming at the mental outlook and labor attitude of employees, operation and maintenance technology, and mutual cooperation. Through the competition, the "red flag equipment" was selected, and on this basis, the "trustworthy equipment" was further selected. Appropriate spiritual and material rewards should be given to operators and maintenance personnel of "red flag equipment" and "trustworthy equipment", so as to consolidate the sustainable development of competition activities.
The standards of "red flag equipment" are generally as follows:
① Good completion of tasks, good attendance, good equipment performance, complete parts;
② The use of the equipment meets the specified requirements;
③ Do a good job in cleaning, lubricating, fastening, adjusting and anti-corrosion of equipment;
④ Equipment use records are complete and accurate.
The standard of "trustworthy equipment" is higher than that of "red flag equipment".
(6) Team equipment man
This is in the grass-roots production team, the equipment staff elected by the staff group, to assist the team leader and workshop equipment staff to manage all the equipment in the team. In a larger team, several people can be elected to form an equipment management group.
(7) Cultivate and establish advanced positions or teams
